No. Veterans OneCare is an independent clinical network composed of licensed medical doctors and allied health professionals. While we regularly assist with medical questionnaires and Medavie Blue Cross billing coordination, we operate as an independent healthcare provider network.

Eligible services are coordinated with Medavie Blue Cross under your VAC healthcare card based on your approved disability benefits (Programs of Choice). Our administrative team assists with pre-authorizations and claim form submissions to minimize out-of-pocket costs.

Yes. We provide province-wide telehealth consultations across Ontario and Nova Scotia for medical assessments, mental health evaluations, and ongoing physician reviews when travel to a clinic location is not practical.

Your care plan connects physician primary care, mental health evaluations, trauma-focused psychotherapy, interventional chronic pain management, medical cannabis authorization, physiotherapy rehabilitation, and medical claim documentation under one clinical team.

Please have your provincial health card (e.g., OHIP/MSI), your Medavie Blue Cross / VAC Health Card (if applicable), a current list of all medications and supplements, and any prior military medical records or relevant claim documentation.
